Upon receipt of your clip, if you are not happy with it, you may return it within 7 days, unopened and unused for a full refund of the value of your hair clip, please note your postage will not be refunded. After 7 days from receipt, or if the packaging is opened or damaged, we can exchange it for another in the same price range. Please note for an exchange there is a £3 postage and packing and handeling fee. Please enclose a cheque for that amount with your returned African Butterfly Hair Clip. Make cheques payable to the Company - African Butterfly Ltd.
