Please note our delivery times: Up to 7 working days using Royal Mail Recorded.

There is a 7 day return money back policy from the receipt of the product. Any return later than that will not be eligible for a refund. Products needs to be in original packaging and not used, accompanied by the leaflet that they came with the hairclip. It must also be posted back with recorded delivery, if the clip does not reach us the refund will not be given and the customer will have to claim back their money from the postal service they used.
